The Reynolda Loft: $100/hour

Main Level: $300/hour

All hourly bookings require a four hour minimum.

Your experience includes USE OF INTERIOR FURNITURE INVENTORY, INCLUDING:

  • 140 white chairs

  • Six adjustable height cocktail tables

  • Twelve 60” round tables

  • Five 72” round tables

  • Three 48” round tables

  • Eight 8’ banquet tables

  • Fifteen 6’ banquet tables

  • Vintage style wooden bar

Optional upgrade: use our beautiful wood x-back chairs and barstools. Available to rent for $7.00 each.

These rental rates are valid through 2023. Please inquire for 2024.

NON-PROFIT EVENT RATES

A special 30% price reduction is available for all non-profit organizations on Mondays and Tuesdays, and a special 15% price reduction is available for all non-profit organizations on Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the calendar year. Please note that a four hour minimum is still required for each booking and some restrictions apply. Weekend rates for non-profit organizations are negotiable based on availability and seasonal considerations.
