I have been a proud staff member of Wake Forest University since 1997. Providing a memorable guest experience has always been my greatest joy. I’ve spent the last two decades supporting the campus community by providing a summer to remember for campers and guests. I also have the pleasure to work with students and interns to enhance their customer service skills in the field of hospitality with summer employment opportunities.
My newest journey has allowed me to continue my love for service to an extended community, working alongside the wonderful team with The Barn at Reynolda Village, where I get to witness the dreams and visions of others come to life, whether that is through a corporate event or a couple walking toward their future.
I am truly thankful for having the opportunity to serve Wake Forest University and be a part of such a vibrant community and team!

Show me a calendar full of opportunities to meet new people and I am a happy lady!
It seems my fate was cast when I was voted Class Hostess during my Senior Year of High School! Since those formative years, I have been planning, managing, supervising, advising on, flowering, and executing events of all kinds. From the first meeting with a potential corporate client about their staff retreat to the moment the bride walks down the aisle, the thrill is the same. Listening to each individual’s unique needs and then being able to pair it with a stellar venue that is supported by the best team in the business – what can I say? Dream job.

Always listen and pay attention. You never know what amazing opportunities await!
I provided the food for a friend’s bridal shower (I like to cook!) and was a bit surprised when 3 of her mom’s friends asked if I catered… well, no... but I can! A career in the event industry was born! Decades owning a catering business led to venue management and in the middle a lot of amateur event and wedding planning took place. Organization, a passion for customer service and attention to detail paired with a good dose of creativity make for successful events. From black tie to corporate events to weddings, I am thrilled to have an opportunity to use these skills to assist the Barn’s valued clients to make sure you and your guests have a wonderful experience at The Barn at Reynolda Village.
Just let me know how I can help. I can’t wait to meet you!
